I am a certified Massage therapist with six years of experience in the healing arts. I am the founder of Viveda Wellness, a place where Western and Western meet with tailoring Ayurveda and Western healing practices. I reside in Ottawa and travel the world teaching the healing arts. I am also a Kundalini Yoga Teacher.
