From Full moon ceremony Nov. 2025
Namaste. In today’s class, we will embark on a journey in two phases. The first phase involves sharing teachings that will help us understand the purpose of this moon. And perhaps you can choose many of the factors, right, because we often do see that the moon touches multiple aspects of your life.
I will highlight the most important ones, so you can focus on the one that is most relevant to you. In the second phase, we will perform a ceremony to align the moon with the specific theme you have selected in your life. This moon is affecting many aspects of change, but it is specifically targeting structures.
In whatever cycle you are in your life, there is some structural or fundamental change that is happening. Some of you are radical, while others are more subtle.
At the level of your biology, the most representative aspect of that foundation is your bones.
At the level of your relationships, structure is represented by any investment and intention in the connection with a person, with a purpose, with an object, with any project, or with any feedback that you receive from your creation—this is what I am calling relations.
At the level of your creation (you in front of your life), structures are represented in the value you offer to that external expression of yourself, with all its participants. For example, if I am with someone who gives me support or a sense of comfort, ask yourself why you are really with that person. What really is the contract and value of you witnessing and living that exchange?
Some of you may have projects and other pursuits to give you, first and foremost, a sense that “I am alive, I have purpose, I have meaning.” You may put your sense of existence in another person, or invest your sense of value in a project. What will happen if you are not with that person, or with that project, or with that fantasy, or with that externalisation? What will happen to you? What if the structure doesn’t need to change the relationship, but it fundamentally changes the meaning from the place where you are relating?
The third part of your basic structure is the mind—your concepts.  If concepts are not upgraded, they become limited, limiting you, and they start entrapping you. For example, the concept a four-year-old has about their mother is absolutely everything. If the mom goes to the corner store without them, the child may feel abandoned or experience a sense of separation.
They are too young to understand that this is not true separation. Fortunately, if you have a teacher or mentor, you can upgrade that concept to understand: “No, my mother can go, and I am safe here, and I’m not abandoned. I am still loved.”  Most of us don’t upgrade those kinds of concepts. If it’s not done, then when you are 20 and you have your first relationship, you want to be glued to the person, and if the person goes on a trip or withdraws their attention, you feel heartbroken, because you haven’t updated that infantile concept of independence. The same thing can happen if the person dies. We need to upgrade the concept of what it means for someone to be gone. It is not truly the end—it’s just a transformation. The contract is complete, and you can help release it with joy.
So basically, this moon helps you to upgrade these kinds of concepts and structures. Structures are excellent; without a foundation, you cannot move.
Without a foundation, you cannot feel safe, secure, or stable. But if your foundations grow bigger than you, they may entrap you. Always ask yourself, if you are in a difficult moment, “Who is bigger? Me or my life?”
If your life feels bigger than you, the structures are too large. You may be giving too much importance to them, and think that without the structure, you will perish. This means you are not trusting enough in your own eternal existence.
If something in your life feels too tight, like a dress that doesn’t fit, it is likely some kind of structure that is oppressing you. Obsolete structures can come from the mind as judgment, worry, defeat, or even excitement. It’s not just about negative feelings—sometimes, excitement about something can also become a limiting structure.
For example, I’ve found myself so excited about my garden that I put so much emphasis on that structure, I lose my sense of where I truly belong. Structures can be very positive, such as mothers prioritizing the importance of providing and maintaining a family structure, but if too much, this ends up oppressing the child and even themselves.
So the Moon is asking you to review your structures. The old structures you have may need an upgrade. This does not mean destroying the structure, but rather laying the foundation for deeper embodiment. Have you seen those mandalas made of elastic that expand when you pull them? The structure remains the same, but expansion provides a much wider perspective. Different colors appear, and you notice new patterns and spaces.
It’s exactly the same with the structure of being. You are a mandala, a sphere, a bubble. Scientists now, as we heard in our last course, say that everything is a bubble.
That bubble—the structure of being—sometimes just needs a bit more space and expansion. The good news is, this expansion is always available to you.
Life moves in cycles, and you always go through cycles of expanding your structures. No matter how enlightened or complete you are, creation is about continuous learning and expansion in different aspects of your being. That’s why it’s essential to be a diligent student and continue learning. Imagine that bubble expanding; the structure remains the same, but your perspective shifts.
How does expansion come to be?
First, through curiosity about learning something new, letting go of pride, and the belief that you already know. For example, in my teachings, the mantra “relax” serves as the foundation for effortless expansion. In the beginning, you might hear “relax” and not think much of it. As you progress, you start to understand the subtleties. You go deeper and deeper into the mantra—relax, relax, everything is okay. With this relaxation, more consciousness, light, and inspiration come to you.
For expansion, you must relax. Otherwise, you may break, like a tree that’s too rigid in a strong wind. But a blade of grass bends and never breaks.
So, cultivate both relaxation and curiosity. Ask: What is next? What can I learn? Who am I? What are the aspects of me? Approach your curiosity with innocence. Don’t dig into your darkness—darkness does not really exist; it’s an invention of the mind, of past hurts. You are light.
You need to learn to recognize and embody your light. If you keep searching for shadows, you’ll only find fear.
It’s like a child telling themselves horror stories. If you find something obsolete within, deal with it maturely and without judgement. Yes, we are all selfish at times. It’s human. Be aware of it and move on.
Focus on the light, on expansion, and on curiosity with innocence. Then, naturally, you are knocking at the gates of heaven.
It’s like saying, “Hi, I’m here, knocking. I want to know more about myself, and I understand I am the universe.”
Wanting to expand and learn is a rare quality.
Time and implementation of structures
1.- Ancestor and their structural donation.
Finally, remember that the structures you receive at different times in your life are gifts. Some structures are given at the cellular level by your ancestors while you are in your mother’s womb. Without them, you would have no form.
You cannot have your bones. You cannot have your physical body. With that comes certain information: structural concepts and beliefs that have been passed on to you.
Some are there for you to upgrade; others are needed for you to express your mission. At the moment of conception, all these structures are given.
2.- Place and date of birth
When you are born and take your first breath, the place of your birth is charged with specific resonances of Earth and cosmic influences. You have a structure that aligns with your mission and personality.
It’s just relevant. It’s there. It’s a structure.
3.- Cultural structure
Then, from two to six, you are influenced to some extent by the structure of your culture, family, and beliefs. We were in Cusco recently and saw all the children parading in school. They were celebrating that they were going to graduate.
So you see the five-year-old marching, music, dressing up, and so on. They were happy because they were going to graduate in five years. Very cute.
Very rich culture. That influences you, and it gives you a structure. I know 50% of you are thinking that the structure given to you was bad. They’re not. You’re born white. You probably ate white bread. And that was your culture, the American breakfast. You must soften yourself in front of cultural structures and heritage. Why? Because we get too attached to it as a definition of who we are.
Oh, I’m French. I like croissants for breakfast. If you’re Colombian, you probably enjoy a good cup of coffee.
If you enter the war with coffee, or with your croissant, thinking, ‘Oh no, I shouldn’t drink coffee because it is going to upset my stomach,’ you know it won’t. Why? Behind that is the cultural background that makes your body feel safe and connected. It is a donation of your land. It is subtle but fundamental to a subconscious structure.
3.-Soul structure
Then the structures that your soul gives you in relation to your mission in life.
If you’re an artist or an innovator, you’re going to have certain structures that are going to be or need to be against the common way of thinking.  If you want to create or innovate, you need to think a little outside the box. The same applies if you’re a teacher.
You need a certain individual structure to sustain the expression of your own skills, desires, and “learning career” on earth. So this moon more or less gives light, that pearl-like moon energy, to any of these aspects or all of them. As I say, for some of you, it is a radical change of structure. For some of you, it’s just little things, depending on how flexible and how few attachments and identification you have with the structures.
That’s one of the beauties of journeys. We have been on a journey for almost a month now. We change places all the time. We change cultures, and food – sometimes it’s pleasant, sometimes not. We need to adjust our internal structure immediately to maintain the flow.
As we were yesterday, we were stuck in a traffic jam for eight hours. It was an accident. We were climbing one of Colombia’s highest peaks. And then one big truck lost its brakes. There were 5 cars in front of the truck, which was full of oil. A multiple-car accident happens with an explosion and oil all over the road. For safety, the authorities needed to clean the road of the oil and car debris.
But what did we? Eight hours. We exercise Choice.
Since we were at the peak of the mountain, we did a biology class. We found some different trees, and we picked up nettles and elotes. It was tiring, but not boring.
Central channel and structure
Finally, I must say that in the periphery of the central channel, you have a thicker layer or membrane where the light is more concentrated, which gives the central channel its structure. In that central channel, when it expands, the cells move elastically and can remain in a  position of continuous receptivity.
I mentioned this because this particular layer or membrane of light is very much responsible for the quality of your bones and their density. Therefore, if you rush through the process of incarnation to enter the body and fail to pay attention to it, the structural aspect of your biology affects your dosha. But that’s another conversation.
Preparation for the ceremony:
Is it any of these teachings that were highlighted for you? Just connect on that. Let your curiosity flow and discover what interests you.
All right, so let’s bring our palms together and take a happy breath and choose any of the topics that we talk, whatever got your attention, and turn that voice, that concept, that idea into a vibration, knowing that that vibration belongs to the source and is the source, and that you are attracted to that part of the source with kindness, with curiosity. And with that, we vibrate three Aums. Inhale.
