The seeker must direct himself to abandon his ties to his personal history and stories.
For this, he must use 3 points of contemplation:
1. Forget his self-importance in any narration of his experiences.
Here, the seeker sees his experiences as isolated events separate from his true nature.
2. To know that he is responsible for his actions, and that he has choice.
Here, the impeccability of his actions frees him from guilt and regrets.
He acts as a god that has freedom and choice of creation.
3. To use death as his advisor.
The seeker must evaluate if each moment is complete.
He must ask himself: “If I die tomorrow, is this action complete and constructive?”
With these 3 points of contemplation, the seeker forgets his personal history and enters through the gates of humility and power.
