Nourishing Vatta.
Vatta dosha skin is dry and cold.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp 18% cream,
1 tsp of organic honey,
1 tsp ground flax seeds,
¼ tsp organic cacao powder,
¼ tsp oat flour,
1 drop lavender essential oil.
Procedure
Blend all together, apply for 11 min., scrub, rinse with warm water .
For sensitive skin ( pitta)
Ingredients
1 tbsp organic yogourt,
1 tsp of organic honey
1 tsp ground rose petals
1/4 tsp organic cacao powder
1/4 tsp oat flour
1 tbsp coconut milk
1 tsp of maple syrup
1 tsp ground flax seeds
Blend together, apply for 11 min., don’t scrub, rinse with cool water
For oily skin ( kapha dosha)
Ingredients
1 drop lavender essential oil
1/4 tsp organic powdered mint
1/4 tsp oat flour
1 drop chamomile essential oil
1/4 tsp organic triphala
1/4 tsp oat flour
1 drop orange essential oil
Procedure
Blend all together, apply for 11 min., scrub, rinse with warm water .
