What is this course about?

Practical Awakening is Berdhanya’s foundational course for self-cultivation and liberation from limiting patterns. This proposal aims to alleviate inner suffering and achieve balance between the mind, emotions, and body. The course had been in Berdhanys’ program for over 30 years. It had been taught on 4 continents and in multiple groups with different cultural backgrounds.- The course is a 7-week online program, each lesson contains a balancing practice, a reprogramming breathing tool, a proposal for diet according to Ayurveda, and principles of meditation.

Ayurveda, the ancient science of life, is based on the principle that health and well-being arise from a harmonious balance between body, mind, and environment. At its core are the three Doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—which represent different combinations of the elements and govern various physiological and psychological functions. Each person has a unique constitution, or Prakriti, determined by these Doshas.

Ayurveda emphasizes personalized health through proper diet, daily routines, and mindful living. It teaches that disease begins with imbalance, and healing is achieved through restoring balance with nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, herbal remedies, and practices like meditation and breathwork.
